Will my enrollment be cancelled if I don't complete it soon enough?
No. However, for security reasons, the screen will return to the main login page if there is no activity for 30 minutes. Information you've entered on the page will be lost unless you had already completed that section.When you log back in, the Welcome back screen will show where you left off or what still needs to be completed.
What should I know about the Enrollment navigation?
The enrollment process brings you step-by-step through enrollment. You navigate from screen to screen by selecting "Next" and "Back" However, keep in mind that if you select "Back" you will lose whatever information you've entered but haven't saved. Information is saved only when you click on "Next" and complete that section. Check the progress bar at the top of each screen to see how far along you are in the process. These are the only steps needed to complete your online enrollment: Create Account - Select Portfolio - Designate Beneficiaries - Review & Sign.
Is it possible to lose information or selections I've already entered?
