What Internet Browser is required to access the Enroll Now section of the Web site?


This site looks best when viewed with browsers such as current release versions of Internet Explorer 7.0 or above (Windows only), Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or above (Windows and Mac), Safari 3.0 or above (Mac OS only) and Google Chrome.

How do you protect data transmitted over the internet?


Equitable utilizes a secure connection when you send us registration data. Transmitted data is protected while passing through the Internet using encryption technology. You can feel confident that your identity is safe when entering personal information as part of the registration process.

Will I be "timed out" of the Enroll Now section if I do not use it for a period of time?


Yes, you will time out and the screen returns to the main login page, after 40 minutes of inactivity. However, when you log back in, the My Enrollment dashboard indicates where you left off or what still needs to be completed.

How should I navigate "through" the Enroll Now section?


Use Next and Previous to navigate between screens. If information is not saved, you will lose information you entered if you go to the previous screen. Information is only saved when you click on the Next or Stop and Save buttons.

What will happen if I use the Cancel Enrollment button?


Using Cancel during Create Online Account will clear any information you entered. Once you create an Online Account, Cancel will return you to My Enrollment dashboard.

Can I start and come back later?


Yes, when you log back in, with the User ID and Password you created, the My Enrollment dashboard indicates where you left off and what still needs to be completed.

Yes, at the end of the enrollment and electronic signature process you'll be presented with the option to print a copy of your completed application.
